| Introduction | My name is Carrie Bell McHugh, I was born and raised in New Brighton, Wallasey, which is at the tip of the Wirral peninsula in the North-West of England. I came out to the States at age 19 to work for a year as a nanny, whilst I took a year break from college. I lived and worked in New Jersey and Pennsylvania during that year, it was while I was living in Pennsylvania i met Mike, my husband. That's how I ended up living over here, it has been 13 and a half years now, and I still miss the UK terribly. We have a beautiful little boy, Cal, who is 4 years old and the light of my life, a daily blessing and challenge. :D I love being home with Cal, i would not give up these years for anything! Being a mum is the best gift i have been blessed with this far in life. |
| Favorite Movies | Love films! I will list some faves at some point, again too many to mention. |
| Favorite Music | I love most genres of music and it spans several decades. I grew up in a musical house, my mum always had music playing and it gave me an appreciation of it at an early age. I wished i could have had the oppourtunity to learn an instrument in my youth, but i guess there is still time yet. You can often find Cal and I bopping and singing around the house or car. :D |
| Favorite Books | So many books.... i will add to the list as i go along, as I am an avid reader, a true bookworm, always have been. I am truly at peace when i can let myself fall into a book and get lost in the pages and characters. |
