| Introduction | Although I still think of myself as being in my carefree 20s, I am secretly 43 with 2 lovely children. I started as a Galloway runner in 2012 after attempting Couch25k a few times. Now I am doing half marathons and soon to be a full marathoner and triathlete. Please don't let any of that make you think I am thin. I'm not.
