Living rigidly gluten free makes all of the above possible – well, at least it makes the attempt possible. I can say this…it is well worth the trouble of following a gluten free lifestyle to have no migraines, no bone pain and the energy not only to enjoy my daughter, but the ability to get out of bed and face each day.
