| Introduction | I'm a twenty-something young professional who's experienced her fair share of life in our little metropolis. From dating, one night-stands, broken engagements, speed dating, blind dates, bar hook-ups, meeting through friends-of-friends-of-friends, missed connections (everyone loves craig's list), dipping the pen in company ink, and online dating, my friends and I have seen and heard it all. Instead of wallowing in the misery that can be single-life and dating in general, I've decided to share our experiences with the smallish hub known as the internet as my friends and I attempt to answer the age-old eternal question: how to land a man in the city of singles? I hope you'll laugh, cringe, contribute to, and (hopefully) not block this blog on a daily occurance. Just call me DC's own Chelsea Handler - only younger, more brunette, and is subsidized by a federal paycheck instead of a nationally aired television channel. Consider this my memoir. Chapter 1...
