Introduction	at my heighest weight I was well over 430lbs. I started this weight loss journey at 437lbs. I hope to use this blog as a personal diary for myself so that I can keep myself in check and journal what is happening as I (hopefully) loose this weight.
Interests	swimming, television, movies, anything popculture, I especially love bad VH1 reality T.V. (not that all bad reality t.v. is on VH1 just most of it.), learning to like excercising.
Favorite Movies	anything with Danny Kaye, Lifeboat, Dogma, Citizen Kane, Blazing Saddles, you know the usual
Favorite Music	I like all kinds of music, except for country for some reasong that just grates on my little ole nerves
Favorite Books	anything between 2 covers. I am an avid reader and will read almost anything..I love books on history (especially ancient history) and really many contemporary horror, thriller, suspense authors out there
