| Introduction | There are two things which facinate me, cooking and eating. Though I claim to be an expert at the later. My love for all thing home made and hand made has landed me in blogosphere. I hope to chronicle some of the very simple everyday meals, baking and my attempts to replicate restaurant dishes that I create and enjoy on a daily basis. I startd cooking only after I got married and I make no qualms about admiting it. one of the most important reasons for me being this awesome cook, sarcasm ;) is my dear husband, who is an avid foodie, not a fussy one though. I would like to take this opputunity to thank and acknowledge my wonderful mother for inspiring me through all walks of life, thank you mummy for all that you have done, the unconditional love you showered upon me and most importantly your Journal and GENES. This space serves as a means to express myself, share and grow. I welcome recipe requests and constructive feedback which will help me broden my horizons in the land of culinary expertise.
