About Me
Since competing in my first road races in 1976 to competing in the 2007 Ironman World Championship triathlon in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii I have been blessed with incredible adventures and wonderful friendships. As one of the founding members of the Merrrimack Valley Striders, I would like to share some of the history of MVS, provide some input as to where we are now, and where we may be headed. Along the way, I'll share some personal stories as well.
