About Me
A citizen of Springfield, Missouri who likes to write and needed a place to do it. I am involved in my church; follow City government, as able; value my family and friends; like to cook and; enjoy creative crafting. For a time I covered the Springfield City Council for a local Community newspaper and was told I was the first "beat writer" the Community Free Press ever had. I'm pleased and proud to have broken that ground for them. Today, after having relinquished that position, I'm just enjoying life and looking for new opportunities where they can be had. I've never understood why anyone cares what I think, and I still don't.
