| Introduction | Hi everyone, my name is Mike Schirmer and I’m the Faculty Chair of Business here at Peirce College. I oversee all the business degree programs, which include Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Business Administration. I’m proud to be part of an institution with such a long and diverse history. I have over 25 years of experience in business and education, but I’m most passionate about helping students expand their business knowledge and hone their business skills. I’m also a doctoral candidate in business administration at Wilmington University. My dissertation involves the capacity building aspects of minority business certification programs. When I’m not in the office or classroom, I enjoy gardening, running, and spending time with family and friends. |
