| Introduction | Alan Schnur is the leader of The Schnur Consulting Group (www.schnurconsulting.com), a management consultancy devoted to helping companies sustain profitable growth through their people. He's worked in nearly every industry sector and has consulted to, among many others: Aflac, Apple, Clorox, Continental Airlines, Denver International Airport, Experian, Jacobs Consultancy, Los Angeles World Airports, Robert Mondavi and Visa. Alan holds a B.A. and a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of California at Berkeley and has a long history of serving boards of non-profit organizations, including, most recently, the Institute of American Indian Art in Santa Fe, New Mexico and currently the California Shakespeare Theater of Orinda, California. Most importantly, Alan is the very proud father of twin sons, an avid bicyclist, sports enthusiast (a Cal, 49er and very proud, if tortured, Giants fan) and is passionate about music and musical theater.
