Occupation	These days I call myself a nutritionist. I don't have my PhD yet, and I'm more of a mum than anything else.

Introduction	Getting on for 30. Mentally, I've always been a few years older than my real age. Now actually a working nutritionist. Still a PhD student in the field of children's nutrition- that bit is taking longer than I thought. With Gam, raising our fabulous, amazing little boy, Setriakor- the one and only Setri. Our lives revolve around him for good reason. Bitching about politics still happens in our house, but I don't have as much time to blog about it- it's all about Setri these days!
Interests	australian politics, world affairs, animals, food, food science, nutrition, sex, health, media, football/soccer, music... a bit of everything.
Favorite Movies	Mars Attacks!, Zoolander, City Hunter, Sin City, City of Lost Children, kind of a 'city' theme I just noticed :)
Favorite Music	I love a lot of music, but I especially love bawdy songs... everything from Bessie Smith to Peaches.
Favorite Books	The Magic Pudding, Fungus the Bogeyman, The Muddle-Headed Wombat, The Cook's Companion, Every Day in the Kitchen, my nutrition textbooks :)
