Introduction	My second grade teacher is the one who inspired me to be a teacher. Her love for learning was contagious! 3 out of my 4 grandparents were also teachers! My K-8 years were at a suburban public school. I completed ninth grade at a private school and ultimately finished my high school diploma as a home school student through Indiana University's high school distance learning program. I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kent State Univeristy with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I am now an English as a Second Language teacher at a boarding school for poor and orphaned children in Guatemala. I have a variety of experiences as both a student and teacher in many settings.

Favorite Books	My favorite author since childhood is Roald Dahl, but I love discovering new books too. Any classic is also a favorite!
