I have been with Performance Programs since 1991 in marketing and management capacities. I have published many articles and essays, and coauthored four books in the human resources field with (husband) Paul Connolly. The most recent titles are Employee Opinion Questionnaires, Employee Surveys: Practical and Proven Methods, Samples, Examples and The Employee Survey Question Guidebook. I have an MBA-Marketing from New York University and a BA-Writing from Penn State University, in addition to several professional certificates on Internet-related specialities.
