| Introduction | My name is Kate and I'm 26yr old brit that has recently moved to Florida... Yes, this is sort of a health food blog in between random rablings and bits and pieces of life...but WAIT, it's not as boring as it might seem! Around the time of starting this blog, i decided i would try to eat right and eat 'healthy-ish'(lol). But not just for me, for my daughter too. Some are my own creations, others are adapted recipes geared towards gluten/wheat free and blood type O's. My aim was not to make things more difficult for myself, but better. The recipes aren't list upon lists of random ingredients that you can't find anywhere. In fact, i get most of my ingredients from the supermarket. If you ever try one of these recipe's-i think you might be pleasantly surprised! Don't you dare leave without checking out a few, i promise you, there isn't a tasteless one on here! |
