| Introduction | My name is Anthony and I live in the Dallas area. I work all day as an engineer so I can serve God, enjoy my family and my hobbies. One of those hobbies is BBQ. I needed a unique user name so I could create this blog, but couldn't think of anything. Then I recalled my desire to be an elder in the Lord's church one day and combined it with one of my favorite hobbies. That's where my name, Elder Que, came from. Divine inspiration?? Who knows.. But, it was unique and not irreverent, so that's what I'm using. From the picture, you can probably tell that I am a longhorn. I graduated from the great University of Texas in 1999.
