| Introduction | I received a master's and PhD in mycology from SUNY-ESF in Syracuse, NY in 2008. Today I teach college biology and live with my husband and 3 carnivore beasts in Colorado. I'm passionate about free market/pasture-based agriculture and human nutrition and wellness, as guided by both modern studies and knowledge about our long evolutionary history as hunter-gatherers. This blog is now devoted to chronicling my journey to health, and what I've learned along the way. |
