About Me
Mustang LDO LT.(RET) from ETC(SS), Submarines and sub support, retiring in 1978. Got sucked into a 2nd career as a Commercial nuc QA Consultant until I left the work-a-day existance behind in 1994 when wife & I went TAD to Caribbean, sailing our catamaran "Joyous 2" for 6 years. Moved back ashore to Vero Beach, a frequent stop-over in our cruising sojorn, and commenced training and refiting for Geezerdom, which I officially entered on 10/2003 (Medicare). I dutifully became an outlet for goverment $$ to the medical industry as well as volunteering at a ministry for the homeless. Above all I'm a happy man, blessed with a great family, with lots of interesting stories to tell, who finally tuned in to the fact that God is in charge; and has always had the best in store for me if I would only quit trying to do it myself and pay attention to Him. It works and I'll be probably be bloggin about it.
