| Introduction | Sara Hessenflow Harper is a Senior Associate of the Clark Group where she provides clients with market insights, analysis and policy recommendations on topics ranging from agriculture-carbon markets and low carbon fuels opportunities in climate change policy to the globalization of renewable energy and American energy security issues. Prior to her current position, Sara served as the national security and climate policy analyst for the national non-profit environmental group, Environmental Defense. Sara’s expertise in the policy areas of agriculture, energy and environment date back to her work as a legislative assistant for Sen. Chuck Hagel (R-NE) and later, for Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS).
