Joey Lemmons

About Me

I am currently 50 years old and have been married to Kathy Lemmons for 18 years. We have three children. Lydia is 16, Trey is 15, and Leland is 13. A house full, but always a blessing. I graduated from Clemson University in 1981 with a BS degree in Economics. In 1983, my father and I started a sucessful outdoor advertising business in South Carolina. Along the way, I began buying interstate real estate and building commercial buildings for tenants. In 1999, I purchased a 160,000 square foot retail building. Along with the building came a 12 year old established rug retail business with a standing inventory of around 2 million dollars. I have operated this business for ten years. During this time, I have enjoyed learning the rug business and making friends along the way. Currently our rug store occupies about 60,000 square feet of the building and we hope to continue to expand our rug selection for our customers. In October of 2003, 123eRugs was launched. We began actively loading this site with quality rug products and have been adding products every since. Today, 123eRugs.com has the web's largest selection of brand name rugs.
