| Introduction | I am lucky enough to have a beach hut in the summer months and I spend a ridiculous amount of time there. In the winter when I don't have the hut, I try and cook outside as much as possible. There is nothing better than a feast by the sea with the odd cocktail or two thrown in. For me: it’s as good as it gets. |
