| Introduction | I had RNY Gastric Bypass Dec. 1 2010. I have lost and am maintaining a 115 pounds loss. During my journey I have come to realized we have a huge lack of Bariatric Nutrition information, and it is my hope to shed some light on this in an easy useful manner.
