My company specializes in exclusively representing real estate buyers--primarily investment and commercial. However, I work with residential buyers as well. In my primary role, I assist investors and developers in achieving their investment and commercial development goals by clearly understanding their investment or project criteria, finding the properties that meet or exceed their financial expectations and/or project requirements, and negotiating deals on their behalf to yield desired outcomes. In the area of real estate development, I am especially interested in sustainable commercial development projects and can assist with site selection and referrals to top professionals in the field who are leaders in the Green Community.
