| Introduction | Started this blog when I was pregnant with my first child and now that she's here I have to actually find time to update. I think the thing that has amazed me most about motherhood is how many hours of the day I 'lose' staring at my child and playing with her. My current favorite poem (or piece of a poem), since it so speaks to where I am in my life right now. The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, for children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow. So quiet down cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep. -Unknown As for weight loss, as always, I consider myself a work in progress. I'll get there and my goal is to just work on maintaining my happy weight. |

| Favorite Movies | Too many to list..I'm not really good at watching any series on TV I think the commitment is too long so I prefer movies. |
| Favorite Music | I love music...not by any artist in particular and my collection is pretty random. I'm most creative when my headphones are blocking out all other noise..yes I'm aware that I'll be deaf one day. |
| Favorite Books | Pretty much all of them...there aren't very many that I've really thought were a complete waste of time. The one story I can honestly say I hate and have hated since the first time I read it and hated even more the second time around was Beowulf...yuck I truly despise that particular literary masterpiece. |
