Introduction	2016 here we go! After a year of changes living in CO, I'm back to NE. Trail running and high elevation was super and now I'm back to sea level. Hoping for a year of running and trying new things (maybe an ultra, sup, and swimming). For now, I am grateful to be moving and eating, wearing my pj's, and drinking coffee (and wine).
