This specialty emerged while serving in senior faculty or research appointments at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, and The Florence Heller Graduate School for Advanced Studies in Social Welfare at Brandeis University as well as while directing the Montana Center on Disabilities.
