About Me
I am director at Lighthouse Analyst Relations, where I help analyst relations managers at firms that sell top-end information technology and communications solutions. I help AR programs by providing evaluation and development services. I was an industry analyst at Ovum: there I followed technologies as wide ranging as SMS servers, Mobile e-commerce and, most interesting, the business software market during the technology boom and bust of 1999 and 2000. In my spare time, I am a postgraduate graduate at a London university studying psychoanalytic approaches towards organisational consulting and development. I am especially interested in the group dynamics of internationally-distributed small teams. I also organise the 'London PR and branding' group, a 500-strong networking organisation.
