| Introduction | Welcome to my public notebook of reflective practice, otherwise known as my blog. I'm a Learning & Development specialist of nearly twenty years who designs learner-centred environments facilitated with minimum intervention. I am particularly keen to share what I learn about Web 2.0 technology as a learning tool. I believe there is potential for great things through the collective intelligence of a network of learners so the purpose of the blog is to create a space where new ideas in learning can be sparked, shared and developed.
