www.healthycitizens.com was established in 2000 as the website for Citizens Against Human Experimentation. At the time I, Richard Perlman,was living in Washington DC investigating Post-World War II medical research with emphasis on the United States involuntary human experimentation programs. I am particulary interested in the relationship of the military-intelligence-medical-pharmaceutical communities in the development of cerebral cortex programs. Since April 2003, I have lived and traveled throughout Asia and Oceania. I am 64 and believe I have been an American Guinea Pig most of my life.This blog may be my "last hurrah"; it is important I succeed.
