| Introduction | I'm a wife to my wonderful husband, Chris, and a mom to our sweet little Max. In May of 2012, I made the decision to take control of my health and on July 31, 2012 I had RNY Gastric Bypass Surgery. Now, 130 lbs lighter, I'm taking advantage of my ability to exercise and enjoy life free from diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and depression. Follow me as I continue my journey.
