| Introduction | When not spending my free time with my wife, daughters and grandson, I am swimming, biking, running and mostly hurting. But I get up next day and do it all over again. I have run three marathons, several half marathons, numerous smaller distance events, three Ironman 70.3 triathlons, and several sprints. I ran my first full Marathon on April 25, 2009 and it was by all accounts the hardest thing I have ever done. I ran The Goofy Challenge 2010, and my goal of an Ironman 70.3 before my 55 birthday came true, on September 27, 2009 just 8 days before my 55th as I completed the Augusta 70.3 Ironman. I am also an Ironman, having finished the Louisville Ironman on August 28, 2011. I am a P90X Alum and I'm now looking to tackle Insanity. Is that crazy, or what? I dabble in photography and the graphic arts; I design logos for restaurants and non-profits and create websites. I'd love to be a public speaker and customer service is my professional passion. |
