| Introduction | Im 50 years old as of 25/07/2010 and have had an avid interest in off-grid, sustainable homesteading ever since I first read an article about solar energy back in the mid-70s. Since then, Ive spent many-a-moon beneath the open skys camping, hiking & enjoying the vast outdoors of both my country and, in the U.S.A. for a short while. Ive always desired to own acreage! To build & experiment on. And now that dream is realized. Now I own 100 acres! |

| Favorite Movies | I'm a BIG movie fan! I've always enjoyed sci-fi, fantasy & the like, & there are not too many movies I have'nt seen. I do kinda shy away from romance & comedies though. They seem to me, to be more "fairy-tailish" then most fantasy or sci-fi's I enjoy. God I like that "Sandra Bullock" girl though! |
| Favorite Music | 1960's to present rock. Most of it anyways, Classicall music while relaxing or just because, Country as the mood strikes (but thats not often enough for my wife), Playing my own guitar, when my strings are'nt too dead. But most of all - listening to my sons play guitar! That one is hardest to describe. Just, so joyous! |
| Favorite Books | James Michner (I think thats the spelling), Stephen King ever since I read "The Stand" in the early 90's, Now I enjoy more informative type books as those written by "Micheal Reynolds - "Rob Roy" - "Art Ludwig". But tastes always change. |
