Introduction | I am an attorney practising with the Transatlatinc Law Firm, PLLC in Minneapolis, MN. I am also licensed in New York and have been an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya since 1996. I am passionate about knowledge, the power of mankind to do good if they wish and their equal capacity to unleash pain and suffering on fellow humans. I believe in the law as a universal check on the excesses by both the governors and the governed. I always seek to make the world a better place than I found it, for this is truly the highest of obligations on mankind. This means that I may have to step on toes that I would rather not, and point fingers in places I wish I did not have to. But my conscience says I haven't got a choice. I am inspired by the words: We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give. ~ Winston Churchill. For over 15 years, I have been and remain, a student of the law of human institutions - public or private. I continually pursue knowledge on various aspects of taxation, international business and non-profit organizations. |
