| Introduction | I'm the mother of a 15-year-old who struggles with ADHD as well as SPD, OCD, anxiety and depression. I knew something was "different" when he cried (screamed) for the first 7 months and then it stopped like someone hit the off switch. At 4 years old, he told me there were monsters inside his brain trying to rip it out. It's been quite a journey, but now we are finding our way together. I'm also the teacher to 6 beautiful students of varying abilities. They are full of surprises everyday. Between home and school, my life is NEVER boring or dull. |
