Introduction | My name is Nicki Watts and I've been living with MS for over 30 years now. I have been happily married to the love of my life for almost 39 years and have two grown children, a wonderful daughter in law and an adorable granddaughter, Grace. I love Jesus Christ and my mission in life through this blog is to spread His love to a hurting world. Living with a chronic disease like MS isn't easy and it's a daily challenge, but I chose to concentrate on the blessings in my life instead of the hardships. You won't see me talk alot on here about the MS Society or the fact that the neurological community has been telling us for years that MS is an auto -immune disease. I had a new procedure to open up my clogged jugular veins in August or 2010 and it dramatically changed my thinking about MS being a vascular disease, not an auto-immune disease. I spent much of time helping to educate others about CCSVI (Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency) and how this simple venoplasty can greatly improve the lives of people suffering with MS. Join me when you can and leave a comment. God Bless you. |
