| Introduction | Hey, I fist learned to love essential oils after my sister tried to sign me up to sell them. My fist experience that I really needed was using "OnGuard". It is a blend of oils that doTerra makes, that has cinnamon and clove in it. I seem to have a virus with canker sores. I have asked dentists for years,"how do I get rid of them?" No one knew...even the Internet gave some "ideas", but I kept suffering until someone had me try OnGuard. Now, when I feel a canker sore coming on, or a sore throat, here is what I do. I get a glass out of my cupboard and fill it with 2-3 inches of water and 2-3 drops of Onguard. I swish it in my mouth so it can get into my malefactory glands, and then swallow. It only takes me 24 hours to get rid of that first canker sore, and then no more follow. I usually have 3-4 canker sores at a time. I also use Onguard to diffuse into the air to kill germs in the air due to colds (mostly from others). Now doTerra uses Onguard to make toothpaste, cough drops, hand soap, a disinfectant for our homes, and in our laundry. I love it! |
