About me

Introduction	My name is Chef Ashley Cole. I am a graduate of Louisiana Culinary Institute. I left the institute at the top of my class with a degree in savory cuisine and pastry arts. While in school, I was involved in several competitions and took 6 wins out of 7 rounds competed. I come from a family of great cooks, so I chose to move to Louisiana to learn to cook and carry on the legacies and traditions from my lifetime. I am inspired by the cultural diversity of Cajun cuisine, so I use my knowledge of this cuisine and fuse it with traditional recipes and foods from other cultures.
