About me

Gender Female
Industry Non-Profit
Occupation Web Content Specialist
Location Washington, DC, United States
Introduction I'm a 30-something ENFP living in Washington, DC with my partner, a beagle, and four cats. I have undergraduate degrees in theatre and astronomy (just wanna be a star!) and a masters in arts management. Currently, I create and maintain web content for a non-profit university.

I have more food allergies/intolerances/diets than anyone I've ever met. I've been living with Celiac Disease since 2000, though it wasn't diagnosed until 2004.

When a friend of mine started a task of cataloging 30 days of things she liked, I jumped on the bandwagon to begin 30 days of food I can eat. I may not make it to 30, but I'm going to try.

Regardless, I want to use this blog to house info about my gluten-free, yeast-free, soy-free recipes and living such a food-restricted life.
