About Me

i am a gluten-free girl by design, not actual choice. but, now that this is my way of living, I don't really mind. when i first started trying to live and eat on my own ( you know, without the loving guidance of mom) it was somewhat of a daunting task at times. but, now...well now... it is just my life. and living gluten-free is not such a hard way to live. my goal with this site is to help make this way of life an even easier one. i'm looking forward to hearing feedback from others that are gluten free or have some useful tips, funny stories, questions....
