About Me

Staci Lehman is the Public Education/Information Coordinator for KMPO/SRTC. Staci's background includes local broadcast media field as a news producer for six years and public information work for the City of Spokane. Carole Richardson, P.E. is a Transportation Planning Engineer, with 21 years of experience in both private and public sector work. Her background includes experience with the Oregon Department of Transportation, the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), and the City of Spokane. Between 2001 and 2003, Carole worked with local, state and federal transportation officials to form the Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization (KMPO). Jeff Selle is Manager of Transportation Relations. Jeff lives in Kootenai County and sees the effects of congestion first-hand. Prior to joining SRTC, Jeff worked for the Spokane Chamber of Commerce, where he lobbied for money for transportation projects that would enhance transportation facilities between Spokane and Kootenai County. Prior to that, Selle spent 11 years as a regional journalist covering North Idaho issues.
