| Introduction | Hi and welcome to Sunshine & Simple Things, my blog about learning to live in the moment. This is my "digital scrapbook"--a place for me to document and share my adventures in life and parenting! Besides being "mummy" to two lively and spirited children, I'm also a wife, college professor, erstwhile writer, pop culture junkie, and generally inquisitive and creative person. Oh, and I'm doing it all while living with Crohn's disease, depression and, most recently, an ostomy. Life may be unpredictable, but it's certainly never boring!
