Introduction | Originally from Rhode Island, I attended Classical High School and Providence College before heading south to the University of North Carolina in beautiful Chapel Hill. From there I post-docked in Washington State. I quickly became the peripatetic professor, teaching in Maryland (Washington C), Colorado (Colo School of Mines), Washington (Whitman C), Kansas (Kansas State), Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York (Bard C) and Florida (New College/Sarasota) before finding my way to New York City. I ran marathons many years ago (3:12 best, Winnipeg, MB) but was hurt in my 13th and gave it up. |
