| Introduction | So, the title of this blog is intended to be kind of self-deprecating. Of course I realize that I am more than just some guy who runs. I am also a father of two lovely daughters, and a husband. I work, I play, I get involved and participate in my world and I try to smile and enjoy it all. I don't intend for this to be solely a blog about running; I have a couple of other interests that will pop up here every now and then. Hopefully a lot of people will be able to find a little something here to enjoy. |
