| Introduction | I am an idealist. I believe that we can have the world that works for everybody. All we need to do is have each person pursue her passion with conviction, and our joint efforts will result in a world we're proud to leave our children. My personal vision is a world in which all children are born into opportunity. I have two children, and I feel I can more honestly raise them if I am living my life consistent with my vision. I hope someday to say to them, "See, this is what I did for you/us/the world." In the mean time, I'm busy baking cookies and transforming the world, one cookie at a time. |
