Introduction	I want to help improve the education system in America, albeit one small step at a time. I think that in order to do this, we must look critically at what is taught in the classrooms and how it is taught. I don't mean that we should have prescribed, canned curriculum, but rather teachers should truly know their students, and use this knowledge to help them achieve their fullest potential, by whatever means necessary.
