Introduction Angela Heuzenroeder has a PhD in history from the University of Adelaide. Angela is also the author of two books: "Barossa Food" a culinary history of the region, published by Wakefield Press and now in its third impression, and "Barossa Gardens: A History" published in 2006. A research fellow in the History Discipline at the University of Adelaide, Angela has delivered many papers and had several articles published about history. She has been a teacher-librarian in many schools in the Barossa and Adelaide Plains districts.
