| Introduction | I've been brewing professionally since 1991, first in Massachusetts and then in Yorkshire, England. I've brewed at many places. North East Brewing Company (defunct), The Tap , The Concorde Brewery (defunct), Daleside Brewery Ltd and Pretty Things Beer & Ale Project. all come to mind as breweries you may know of.
