| Introduction | To start with I am as up front as it gets. No hidden agenda, no prejudging and I understand that tomorrow is not a promised day. We must enjoy today and make the best of it. So that is what I do. Whether it is enjoying my transition back to a vegetarian lifestyle, officiating basketball, track and field, bicycling or flat out enjoying the company of like minded folks or just some “R&R”.
