| Introduction | Some readers have asked to know a bit more about me and I am flattered by their interest. I’ve always loved food. This love encouraged me to experiment with my own baking and what started as a humble hobby soon turned into an addiction! I started blogging in 2012 simply as a way to highlight and celebrate the fun of preparing homemade desserts. What better way to share the joy of exploring new recipes, preparing and baking desserts for family and friends? Whilst you might find other sites with a wider variety of recipes, I hope you agree that my approach is unique. Not only do I delight in using the highest quality of ingredients, I handpick my recipes; prepare, bake and test them. For a more personal touch, I also arrange and photograph the results which I hope best shows the love which has gone into making them. | Interests | Zawsze uwielbiałam dobrej jakości jedzenie. Ale pieczeniem babeczek zajęłam się w zasadzie zupełnie przypadkowo. Zupełnie tak samo jak robieniem tym babeczkom zdjęć. Potem pochłaniało mnie to coraz bardziej, zgłębiałam coraz więcej przepisów, zaczęłam chodzić (a precyzyjniej: latać) na kursy pieczenia i dekorowania, aż w końcu postanowiłam, że wybranymi i sprawdzonymi przepisami będę się dzieliła. Wszystkie przepisy na blogu są przeze mnie sprawdzone, często modyfikowane do perfekcji i osobiście fotografowane. |
