About Me
I am the mom of three -- 7-year-old twins adopted from Arkhangel'sk, Russia; and a 3.5-year-old bio surprise born here. I work part-time as a reporter/writer; nights and weekends as the president of ArkAngels for Russian Orphans, and full-time as a mom, wife, friend and daughter (not in that order). I am also the editor of "Ya Tibya Lublu: Recipes of Love for Orphans of Eastern Europe," a Russian/American cookbook, available at www.arkangels.org. All of the proceeds from the sale of the book are going to ArkAngels for Russian Orphans. Arkangels for Russian Orphans is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization raising $1 million dollars to help orphans in Eastern Europe, $1 at a time.
