| Introduction | Life is about changes. Yet when things change too rapidly, we get overwhelmed and lose our ground. Transitions ARE life, but that doesn't mean that they are easy! Family changes can be wonderful, like the birth of a child or a marriage...or they can be devastating, such as divorce or death of a family member. Wonderful or awful, we can really struggle with the impacts of change. At the same time, change can be the impetus for increased creativity and pleasure in life. In my work, I help people to connect to the energy of change to bring more joy to living. I am a psychologist, living and practicing in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. I specialize in helping women with postpartum stress, and working with adults around significant areas of change in their lives. |
